    Antonia Sears

    Kinesiology

Antonia is a certified Kinesiology Practitioner. She studied & qualified with the prestigious TASK (Academy of Systematic Kinesiology) in London. She is a Mum of three who is passionate about health and helping others restore theirs.

Kinesiology helped Antonia with her own health issues, which inspired her to train herself:

“I was always in such awe after a treatment and recommending Kinesiology to friends and family, I decided to further my own knowledge. I completed the TASK Kinesiology foundation course – the knowledge I gained was invaluable and I yearned to learn more. I later qualified as a practitioner, and I am now very fortunate to spend my days doing what I am passionate about; giving my clients the opportunity to benefit from the magic of Kinesiology and discovering how powerful the bodies innate ability to heal is.”

    Charlie Adams

    Psychotherapist

"I am a BACP-Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, having trained at Matrix College and I undertook a Masters level qualification with Metanoia Institute.

Alongside my private practice, I work in NHS Talking Therapies including the perinatal team, supporting clients through pregnancy, early parenthood, and complex challenges like anxiety, trauma, and long-term health conditions.

Because I practice Integratively, I adapt my approach to fit your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. My aim is to meet you where you are and create a safe, collaborative space for change.

Working privately allows me to offer further flexibility to my approach, I am happy to discuss your needs and how we can work together, please get in touch."
